Abu Hurairah reported,

The fever came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Send me to the dearest of your people to you."So he sent it to the Ansar. It remained with them for six days and nights, and it became severe upon them, so he came to them in their homes. They complained of it to him, so the Prophet ﷺ began to enter house by house, room by room, supplicating for their wellbeing.When he was returning, a woman from among them followed him and said, "By the One who sent you with the truth, I am from the Ansar, and my father is from the Ansar. Supplicate to Allah for me as you supplicated for the Ansar."He replied, "What do you wish? If you wish, I will ask Allah to grant you wellbeing, and if you wish, you may be patient and Paradise is yours."She said, "Rather, I will be patient, and I will not put Paradise at risk."

عن أبي هريرة قال

جاءت الحمى إلى النبي ﷺ فقالت: ابعثني إلى آثر أهلك عندك. فبعثها إلى الأنصار. فبقيت عليهم ستة أيام ولياليهن، فاشتد ذلك عليهم، فأتاهم في ديارهم، فشكوا ذلك إليه، فجعل النبي ﷺ يدخل دارا دارا، وبيتا بيتا، يدعو لهم بالعافية، فلما رجع تبعته امرأة منهم فقالت: والذي بعثك بالحق إني لمن الأنصار، وإن أبي لمن الأنصار، فادع الله لي كما دعوت للأنصار، قال: ما شئت؟ إن شئت دعوت الله أن يعافيك، وإن شئت صبرت ولك الجنة. قالت: بل أصبر، ولا أجعل الجنة خطرا.
