Bayhaqi related it in Asma wa Sifat (665) with his chain from Qabisa bin Uqba Abu Amir, who said, Hammad bin Salama narrated to us, from Thabit, from Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Layla, from Suhayb, and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan, due to some minor discussion regarding Qabisa bin Uqba, though he is hasan al-hadith. From him, Hannad bin Sari also related it in Zuhd (171), and its wording is that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited "For those who have done good is the best reward and even more" [Yunus 10:26]. He said, "When the people of Paradise enter Paradise and the people of the Fire enter the Fire, a caller will call out, 'O people of Paradise, you have with Allah a promise He wishes to fulfill for you.' They will say, 'What is it? Has He not already made our scales heavy, whitened our faces, admitted us into Paradise, and saved us from the Fire?' Then He will remove the veil and manifest Himself, and they will look upon Him." He said, "By Allah, He gave them nothing more beloved to them than looking upon Him, and that is the 'even more.'"The basis of this hadith is in Sahih Muslim (181), through the route of Yazid bin Harun, from Hammad bin Salama with his chain, and in it, "looking upon their Lord ." He did not mention "the face" in his narration.Hannad bin Sari, Ibn Khuzayma in his book Tawhid (1/403), and Darimi in Radd Ali Jahmiya (pp. 100-101) all reported several accounts from the companions and the successors indicating that what is meant by "even more" is looking upon the face of Allah .This is a lengthy topic, and I have already presented the rest of the hadiths that establish a face for Allah, Most High, in their respective places.
