Reported by Tabarani in Al-Kabir (12/314), and in Al-Awsat, Majma Bahrayn (603), Ahmad bin Abdul-Wahhab bin Najda Hawti told us, Yahya bin Salih Wahazi told us, Ali bin Hawshab told us, from Abu Qabil, from Salim, from his father, who said, then he mentioned it. Haythami said in Majma al-Zawaid (24/2), "Tabarani reported it in Al-Kabir and Al-Awsat, and its narrators are deemed reliable." Its isnad is hasan, for most of its narrators are at the level of saduq. As for what Ibn Majah reported (748) through the route of Zayd bin Jubayrah Ansari, from Dawud bin Husayn, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said, "There are qualities that should not be found in the masjid, it should not be taken as a thoroughfare, no weapon should be brandished in it, no bow should be drawn in it, no arrows should be spread out in it, no raw meat should be carried through it, no punishment should be carried out in it, no retaliation should be exacted in it against anyone, and it should not be taken as a marketplace", this is munkar. Its defect is Zayd bin Jubayrah Ansari, for he is extremely daif. Bukhari said, "His hadith is munkar." Ibn Main, Abu Hatim, Nasai, and Daraqutni all declared him daif. Ibn Adi said, "Most of what he narrates is not corroborated by anyone else." Ibn Hibban said, "He narrates munkar reports from well-known narrators."I say, the additions he mentioned in this hadith are not corroborated by anyone.
