The Prophet ﷺ was asked, "Which deeds are most beloved to Allah?"He replied, "Those that are most consistent, even if small."He also said, "Take on only as much of the deeds as you can sustain."
سئل النبي ﷺ: أي الأعمال أحب إلى الله؟ قال: أدومها وإن قل وقال: اكلفوا من الأعمال ما تطيقون.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Raqaiq (6465), and Muslim in the Book of the Prayer of Travelers (782/216), both from the hadith of Shuba, from Saad bin Ibrahim, that he heard Abu Salama narrating from Ayesha, and he related the hadith, the wording being Bukhari's. Muslim did not mention the second part of the hadith.
