I do not know of the Prophet of Allah ﷺ ever reciting the entire Quran in a single night, nor praying through an entire night until dawn, nor fasting a complete month other than Ramadan.
ولا أعلم نبي الله ﷺ قرأ القرآن كله في ليلة، ولا صلى ليلة إلى الصبح، ولا صام شهرا كاملا غير رمضان.
Muslim narrated it in "The Prayer of the Traveler" (746), in a long hadith comprehensively covering the night prayer, by way of Qatada, from Zurara, from Saad bin Hisham bin Amir, from Ayesha, and he related the hadith. This hadith has already been mentioned in full in the comprehensive chapter on the Prophet's ﷺ night prayer.
