She reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray thirteen rakats, including the two rakats of Fajr.
أنها أخبرت أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يصلي ثلاث عشرة ركعة بركعتي الفجر.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of the Traveler's Prayer (124737) from Qutayba bin Saeed, who said, Layth narrated to us, from Yazid bin Abu Habib, from Arak bin Malik, from Urwa, that Ayesha informed him.It appears that Arak bin Malik had two teachers. One of them was Abu Salama, who reported what was mentioned before, and the second was Urwa bin Zubayr, who reported what is here. There is no contradiction between the two narrations, for if the rakat of Witr is added in the hadith of Abu Salama, the number becomes as Urwa mentioned it. As for the Isha prayer, it was not counted in either narration.
