The Prophet ﷺ would pray while I was lying across his bed asleep. When he wanted to perform the witr prayer, he would wake me, and I would pray witr.
كان النبي ﷺ يصلي، وأنا راقدة معترضة على فراشه، فإذا أراد أن يوتر أيقظني فأوترت.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Prayer (512), and Muslim in the Book of Prayer (268:512), both from the hadith of Hisham, from his father, from Ayesha, and she related the same. The hadith of Ayesha has other routes, some of which have already been mentioned.
