The Prophet ﷺ prayed while she was lying across in front of him, and he said, "Are they not your mothers, your sisters, and your aunts?"
أن النبي ﷺ صلى وهي معترضة بين يديه وقال: أليس هن أمهاتكم وأخواتكم وعماتكم.
Ahmad (24359) narrated it from Yunus, who said, Dawud, meaning Ibn Abu Firas, narrated to us, from Ibrahim bin Maymun the goldsmith, from Ataa, from Urwa, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it.Its isnad is hasan because of Ibrahim bin Maymun the goldsmith, for he is truthful (saduq) as stated in al-Taqrib. Ibn Main and Nasai both confirmed his reliability. Abu Zura said, "There is no harm in him."He has a corroborator, though without the statement, "Are they not your mothers...?" The rest of the men are reliable. Yunus here is Ibn Muhammad al-Muaddib, and Ataa is Ibn Abu Rabah.Sindi said, regarding his statement, "Are they not," meaning the women, that is, how could their passing in front of you invalidate your prayer?
