I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "When a servant stands to pray, all his sins are brought and placed upon his shoulders. Every time he bows or prostrates, they fall away from him."
إني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: إن العبد إذا قام إلى الصلاة أتى بذنوبه كلها، فوضعت على عاتقيه، فكلما ركع أو سجد تساقطت عنه.

Muhammad bin Nasr Marwazi narrated it in Taazim Qadr Salah (293), and Abu Naeem in Hilyat Awliya (6/99-100), both by way of Ishaq bin Ibrahim bin Rahawayh, Isa bin Yunus told us, Thawr bin Yazid told us, from Abu Munib, who said, Ibn Umar saw a young man who had prolonged his prayer and drawn it out at length, so he said, "Which of you knows this man?" A man said, "I know him." He said, "Well, if I knew him I would order him to increase his ruku and sujud, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say," and then the hadith follows.Abu Naeem said, "This is unusual as a hadith of Abu Munib, and we have not recorded it from Thawr except through the hadith of Isa bin Yunus." Its chain of transmission is hasan on account of Abu Munib, whom Ajli and Ibn Hibban both deemed reliable, and it has a corroborating narration, being corroborated by Ibn Nufayr, from Ibn Umar, with similar wording. Muhammad bin Nasr narrated it in Taazim Qadr Salah (294), and Bayhaqi in Kubra (10/3).
