Abdullah bin Abu Awfa reported,
The Prophet ﷺ used to say, "O Allah, to You belongs all praise, filling the heavens, filling the earth, and filling whatever else You wish beyond them. O Allah, purify me with snow, hail, and cool water. O Allah, cleanse me of my sins and faults as a white garment is cleansed of filth."

ى، عن النبي ﷺ أنه كان يقول: اللهم لك الحمد، ملأ السماء وملأ الأرض، وملأ ما شئت من شيء بعد. اللهم طهرني بالثلح والبرد والماء البارد، اللهم طهر ني من الذنوب والخطايا كما ينقى الثوب الأبيض من الوسخ.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Prayer (204:476), from Muhammad bin Muthanna and Ibn Bashar, who said, Muhammad bin Jafar told us, Shubah told us, from Mujzaah bin Zahir, from Abdullah bin Abu Awfa, and he mentioned it. Imam Ahmad also narrated it (19119) from Muhammad bin Jafar, who said, Shubah said, Abu Usmah told me, from Sulayman Amash, from Ubayd, from Abdullah bin Abu Awfa, that the Prophet ﷺ used to make this supplication when he raised his head from ruku.Abu Usmah is Nuh bin Abu Maryam, who is unanimously judged daif by the scholars of hadith. Shubah narrated from him despite being older than him. However, Ubayd bin Hasan corroborated him regarding the core of the hadith. Imam Ahmad narrated it (19119) through several chains from Shubah, who said, I heard Ubayd Abu Hasan say, I heard Abdullah bin Abu Awfa, and he mentioned the hadith in full.As for the phrase, "Allah has heard the one who praises Him," its meaning is that the worshipper in the standing position recites the Quran, and in ruku he glorifies Allah, the Exalted, and praises Him, so Allah 
has heard the worshipper's words and has responded. As for the phrase "he used to say," it means that he used to make this supplication when he raised his head from ruku, after saying, "Allah has heard the one who praises Him."
