The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had two muezzins, Bilal and Ibn Umm Maktum, who was blind.
كان الرسول الله ﷺ مؤذنان: بلال وابن أم مكتوم الأعمى.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Prayer (380), from Ibn Numayr, who said, our father narrated to us, Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, and he mentioned something similar.
