The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Hour will not come until the sun rises from its place of setting. When it rises and the people see it, all who are upon the earth will believe. But that is the moment when 'no soul will benefit from its faith if it had not believed before'" [Anam 6:158].
Bukhari related it in the Tafsir (4635), and Muslim in the Iman (157), both from the hadith of Umara bin Qaqa, from Abu Zura, from Abu Hurairah, as mentioned. In Muslim's wording, from another route, from Ala bin Abdul-Rahman, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, "When the sun rises from its place of setting, all people will believe altogether, but on that day, "no soul will benefit from its faith if it did not believe before, or earn some good through its faith" [Anam 6:158]."Abdul-Razzaq related it with this wording, from Hammam, from Abu Hurairah. And through his route, Bukhari (4636) and Muslim related it.
