The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a believer in Paradise desires a child, the pregnancy, the delivery, and the child's growth to the desired age all occur in a single moment, just as he wishes."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: المؤمن إذا اشتهى الولد في الجنة كان حمله ووضعه وسنه في ساعة كما يشتهى.
Tirmidhi (2563), Ibn Majah (4338), Ahmad (11063), and Ibn Hibban (7404) all narrated it through Muaz bin Hisham, who said, "My father narrated to me, from Amir Ahwal, from Abu Siddiq Naji, from Abu Saeed Khudri," and he mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Amir Ahwal, for he is hasan al-hadith. Tirmidhi said, "This is a hasan gharib hadith."This hadith indicates that pregnancy and childbirth exist in Paradise, for whoever among the people of Paradise wishes it, and the general texts of the Quran point to that as well.
