I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Perform ablution after eating anything touched by fire."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: الوضوء مما مست النار.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Menstruation (351), from Abdul-Malik bin Shuayb, who said, my father told me, from my grandfather, Aqeel bin Khalid told me, Ibn Shihab said, Abdul-Malik bin Abu Bakr bin Abdul-Rahman bin Harith bin Hisham told me, that Kharija bin Zayd told him that his father, Zayd bin Thabit, said, and then he mentioned it.
