The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent him along with Aws bin al-Hadathan during the days of Tashriq, and they called out, "None shall enter Paradise except a believer, and the days of Mina are days of eating and drinking."
أن رسول الله ﷺ بعثه وأوس بن الحدثان أيام التشريق، فناديا: أنه لا يدخل الجنة إلا مؤمن، وأيام منى أيام أكل وشرب.
