The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On the Day of Resurrection, the servant will be brought forth, and Allah will say to him, 'Did I not grant you hearing, sight, wealth, and children? Did I not place cattle and crops at your service, and leave you to lead and prosper? Did you ever think you would meet this day of yours?'He will reply, 'No.'Then Allah will say to him, 'Today I forget you as you forgot Me.'"
قال رسول الله ﷺ: يؤتى بالعبد يوم القيامة فيقول الله له: ألم أجعل لك سمعا وبصرا ومالا وولدا، وسخرت لك الأنعام والحرث، وتركتك ترأس وتربع فكنت تظن أنك ملاقي يومك هذا؟ فيقول: لا، فيقول له: اليوم أنساك كما نسيتني.
Tirmidhi (2428) narrated it from Abdullah bin Muhammad Zuhri Basri, who said, Malik bin Suayr Abu Muhammad Tamimi Kufi told us, who said, Amash told us, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurairah, and from Abu Saeed, who both said, and then he mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Abdullah bin Muhammad Zuhri and his teacher Malik bin Suayr Tamimi, for both of them are hasan al-hadith. Tirmidhi said, "This is a sahih gharib hadith."
