The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On the Day of Resurrection, people will be gathered on a white, reddish-tinged earth, like a loaf of pure Naqi flour, bearing no landmark for anyone."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: يحشر الناس يوم القيامة على أرض بيضاء عفراء، كقرصة النقي، ليس فيها علم لأحد.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Raqaiq (6521), and Muslim narrated it in the Book of the Description of the Day of Resurrection, Paradise, and Hell (2790). Both narrated it through Muhammad bin Jafar bin Abu Kathir, who said, Abu Hazim bin Dinar narrated to me, from Sahl bin Saad, who said, and he mentioned it. The wording given is that of Muslim, and Bukhari's wording is similar.His saying, "afra" means red, as if the fire had changed the whiteness of the earth to redness.
