He heard the Prophet ﷺ giving a sermon, saying, "You will meet Allah walking on foot, barefoot, naked, and uncircumcised."
سمع النبي ﷺ يخطب، وهو يقول: إنكم ملاقوا الله مشاة حفاة عراة غرلا.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Raqaq (6524), and Muslim in the Book of Paradise and Its Description of Bliss (2860), both through the route of Sufyan bin Uyayna, from Amr, from Saeed bin Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, who mentioned it.Nasai narrated it in Kubra (11583), and Hakim (2/252), both through the route of Thabit bin Yazid, who said, Hilal bin Khabab narrated to us, from Saeed bin Jubayr, from him, who said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You will be gathered barefoot, naked, and uncircumcised." He said, so his wife said, "Will some of us look at the private parts of others, or see them?" He said, "O woman, "On that day every person among them will have a concern to make him indifferent to all others" [Abasa 80:37]."Hakim said, "Sahih according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs."Tirmidhi (3332) narrated it through the route of Thabit bin Yazid with the same wording, except that he said, from Ikrima, from Ibn Abbas. Then Tirmidhi said, "This is a hasan sahih hadith, and it has been narrated through more than one route from Ibn Abbas."
