Ibn Hibban (6792) narrated it, and this is his wording, and Hakim (4/528), both of them through Muhammad bin Saeed bin Sabiq, who said, Amr bin Abu Qays narrated to us, from Mutarrif (that is, bin Tarif), from Shaybi, from Bilal bin Abu Hurairah, from his father, who said, and then he related it.Hakim said, "This is a hadith sahih in its isnad."I say, in its isnad is Amr bin Abu Qays, who is Razi, the blue-eyed one, whose hadith is hasan, and Bilal bin Abu Hurairah, whom Ibn Asakir gave a biography for in his history, mentioning that more than one person narrated from him, among them Shaybi. Ibn Main said, "When Shaybi narrates from a man and names him, he is trustworthy and his hadith may be relied upon." And Ibn Hibban listed him among his trustworthy narrators.
