The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Make the most of this House, for it will be destroyed twice and raised up on the third occasion."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: استمتعوا من هذا البيت فإنه قد يهدم مرتين، ويرفع في الثالثة.

Bazzar (6157), Ibn Khuzayma (2506), Ibn Hibban (6753), and Hakim (1/441) all narrated it through the route of Sufyan bin Habib, who said, Humayd Tawil narrated to us, from Bakr bin Abdullah Muzani, from Abdullah bin Umar, and he mentioned it, and its chain is sahih. However, Ibn Khuzayma said, "Hasan bin Qazaa bin Ubayd narrated to us a gharib gharib report from Sufyan bin Habib," and he then related the hadith with its chain. Bazzar said, "It has been narrated from Humayd, from Bakr, from Ibn Umar, as a mawquf report." This mawquf version was narrated by Ibn Abu Shayba in his Musannaf (14307) through another route, from Humayd, from Bakr bin Abdullah Muzani, from Abdullah bin Amr, who said, "Make use of this House while you can, before it is lifted away, for it will be lifted away and destroyed twice, and it will be lifted away the third time."Sufyan bin Habib is trustworthy, so his addition is acceptable. As for the phrase "Abdullah bin Amr" with the letter waw, this is likely a scribal error, and the correct reading is Abdullah bin Umar, without the waw.
