He said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade having images in the house, and he forbade making them.
قال نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن الصور في البيت، ونهى أن يصنع ذلك.
Narrated by Tirmidhi (1749) and Ahmad (15125), and Ibn Hibban (5844) graded it sahih, all of them through various routes from Ibn Jurayj, who said, Abu Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir bin Abdullah say, as mentioned before. Its chain is hasan because of Abu Zubayr.
