Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed the man who dresses like a woman and the woman who dresses like a man.

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

Reported by Abu Dawud (4098), Ibn Majah (1903), and Ahmad (8309), and Ibn Hibban (5751) and Hakim (4/194) graded it sahih, all of them through the route of Suhayl bin Abu Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it, and its chain of transmission is sahih. Hakim said, "Sahih according to the criterion of Muslim."
