The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade wrapping oneself in the Samma manner, sitting with one's knees drawn up while wearing only a single garment, and a man placing one leg over the other while lying flat on his back.
أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن اشتمال الصماء، والاحتباء في ثوب واحد، وأن يرفع الرجل إحدى رجليه على الأخرى وهو مستلق على ظهره.
