The Prophet ﷺ came to Abdullah bin Ubayy after he had been placed in his grave. He ordered that he be taken out, and so he was brought out and laid upon the Prophet's knees. The Prophet ﷺ blew some of his saliva upon him and clothed him in his own shirt. And Allah knows best.
أتى النبي ﷺ عبد الله بن أبي بعد ما أدخل قبره، فأمر به فأخرج، ووضع على ركبتيه، ونفث عليه من ريقه، وألبسه قميصه. والله أعلم.
Bukhari related it in the Book of Clothing (5795), and Muslim in the Book of the Characteristics of the Hypocrites (2773), both of them through the route of Sufyan bin Uyayna, who said, Amr (that is, Ibn Dinar) narrated to us that he heard Jabir say what has already been mentioned.
