Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited a man from the Ansar who was ill. When he drew near the man's home, he heard him speaking with someone inside. After asking permission to enter, he went in but saw no one there. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "I heard you speaking with someone."The man replied, "Messenger of Allah, I had gone into my house overwhelmed with grief from people's talk and from the fever afflicting me, and a man came in to see me. After yourself, I have never seen anyone with a more dignified bearing or finer speech than him."The Prophet ﷺ said, "That was Jibreel. Indeed, among you are Some men who, if one of them were to swear an oath by Allah, Allah would surely fulfill it for him."
