When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Fajr while traveling, he would walk a short distance while his she-camel was led behind him.

Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat, Majma Bahrayn (1672), from Muhammad bin Ali Marwazi. Bayhaqi narrated it in Al-Kubra (5/255) through Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman Sarakhsi, and in Al-Adab (639) through Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Al-Azhar, all of them from Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Qahzad, who said, Abu Zubayr Muhammad bin Aayan told us, Abdullah bin Mubarak told us, from Sulayman bin Bilal, from Yahya bin Saeed Ansari, from Anas bin Malik, and he related it. Its chain is sahih.As for Haythami, he said in Al-Majma (3/215), "Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat, and it contains Muhammad bin Ali Marwazi, about whom there has been some discussion, though he has been deemed reliable."I say, he was deemed reliable by Khatib, Samani, and others, and he has been corroborated as shown in the other chains of transmission. I have not come across anyone who has criticized him.
