He said, "Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat conversing, he would frequently lift his gaze toward the sky."
قال كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا جلس يتحدث يكثر أن يرفع طرفه إلى السماء.
Reported by Abu Dawud (4837), Baghandi in Musnad Umar bin Abdul-Aziz (4), and Abu Naeem in Hilyat Awliya (5/361), all of them via Muhammad bin Ishaq, who said, Yaqub bin Utbah told me, from Umar bin Abdul-Aziz, from Yusuf bin Abdullah bin Salam, from his father, who said, and then he related it.Its isnad is hasan because of Muhammad bin Ishaq, for his hadith is hasan when he states his source explicitly.
