Usama bin Zayd reported,

Someone said to him, "Why don't you go in to Uthman and speak with him?"He replied, "Do you think that I do not speak to him unless I let you hear it? By Allah, I have indeed spoken to him privately, between him and me, without opening a matter that I do not wish to be the first to open. I will not say of any man who becomes a ruler over me that he is the best of people, after I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'On the Day of Resurrection, a man will be brought and cast into the Fire. His intestines will spill out, and he will go around with them as a donkey goes around a millstone. The people of the Fire will gather around him and say, "So-and-so, what is wrong with you? Did you not used to enjoin good and forbid evil?" He will reply, "Yes, I used to enjoin good but not do it, and forbid evil but do it myself."'"

Sahih
