The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a man comes to a group of people and they say, 'Welcome,' then welcome shall be his until the day he meets his Lord. And when a man comes to a group of people and they say, 'Drought upon you,' then drought shall be his on the Day of Resurrection."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: إذا أتى الرجل القوم فقالا: مرحبا فمرحبا به إلى يوم يلقى ربه وإذا أتى الرجل القوم فقالوا: قحطا فقحطا له يوم القيامة.

Tabarani narrated it in Al-Kabir (8/358), and Hakim graded it sahih (3/525), both of them through Hammad bin Salama, who said, "Saeed bin Iyas Jareeri told us," from Abu Ala Yazid bin Abdullah bin Shikhir, from Dahhak bin Qays Fihri, who said, then he mentioned it.Its isnad is sahih. Saeed bin Iyas Jareeri is trustworthy, though he became confused in memory at the end of his life, but Hammad bin Salama's narration from him came before that confusion set in. Haythami said in Al-Majmu (10/272), "Tabarani narrated it in Al-Kabir and Al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Abu Umar Darir the elder, and he is trustworthy."
