The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most infuriating man to Allah on the Day of Resurrection, the vilest of them and the most provoking to Him, is a man who was called King of Kings. There is no king except Allah."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: أغيظ رجل على الله يوم القيامة، وأخبثه واغيظه عليه، رجل كان يسمى ملك الأملاك، لا ملك إلا الله.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Manners (2143:21), from Muhammad bin Rafi, who said, Abdul-Razzaq narrated to us, Mamar informed us, from Hammam bin Munabbih, who said, this is what Abu Hurairah narrated to us from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he mentioned several hadiths, among them, and he then recounted it.
