The Prophet ﷺ said, "By Allah, he does not believe. By Allah, he does not believe. By Allah, he does not believe."Someone asked, "Who, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "The one whose neighbor is not safe from his harm."
أن النبي ﷺ قال: والله لا يؤمن، والله لا يؤمن، والله لا يؤمن قيل: ومن يا رسول الله؟ قال: الذي لا يأمن جاره بوائقه.
Bukhari narrated it in Al-Adab (6016), from Asim bin Ali, who said, "Ibn Abu Dhib narrated to us, from Saeed, from Abu Shurayh," and he mentioned it.Bukhari said after it, "Shababa and Assad bin Musa followed him in this, while Humayd bin Aswad, Uthman bin Umar, Abu Bakr bin Ayyash, and Shuayb bin Ishaq said, from Ibn Abu Dhib, from Maqburi, from Abu Hurairah."This is the hadith that follows.
