The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah, I declare it a grave sin to violate the rights of the two weak ones, the orphan and the woman."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: اللهم إني أحرج حق الضعيفين: اليتيم والمرأة.
Ibn Majah (3678), Ahmad (9666), Ibn Hibban (5565), Hakim (1/63, 4/128), and Bayhaqi (10/134) all narrated it from the hadith of Ibn Ajlan, from Saeed Maqburi, from Abu Hurairah, who mentioned it. In one version it says, "the property of the two weak ones." Hakim said, "Sahih according to the criterion of Muslim." I say, its chain is hasan because of Ibn Ajlan, for he is hasan al-hadith, and Muslim cited him as a supporting witness.His saying, "I declare forbidden the right of the two weak ones," means he forbade their property to whoever wrongs them.
