The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The souls of the believers meet at a distance of a day's journey, even though they have never seen one another."
عن رسول الله ﷺ قال: إن أرواح المؤمنين تلتقي على مسيرة يوم، ما رأى أحدهم صاحبه قط.
Ibn Wahb related it in Jami (p. 27), and Ahmad (6636), and Bukhari in Adab al-Mufrad (261), all of them through the route of Darraj, from Isa bin Hilal Sadafi, from Abdullah bin Amr, who then narrated it.Its chain is hasan due to the discussion surrounding Darraj, who is Ibn Saman Abu Samh, about whom there is disagreement, except that his narrations are hasan when they do not come through Abu Haytham. This is also what Ibn Hajar favored in Taqrib. As for Isa bin Hilal, a number of narrators related from him, and Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators.
