"The Prophet ﷺ never kept me away from him since I embraced Islam, and he never saw me without smiling at me. I once complained to him that I could not stay firm on horseback, so he struck his hand against my chest and said, 'O Allah, make him steady, and make him one who guides and is rightly guided.'"
ما حجبني النبي ﷺ منذ أسلمت، ولا رآني إلا تبسم في وجهي، ولقد شكوت إليه أني لا أثبت على الخيل، فضرب بيده في صدري، وقال: اللهم ثبته، واجعله هاديا مهديا.
Reported by Bukhari in al-Adab (6089), and Muslim in Fadail al-Sahabah (2475:135), both through the route of Ismail, from Qays, from Jareer, who said, and then mentioned it.
