The Prophet ﷺ said to me, "Never belittle any act of kindness, even if it is only meeting your brother with a cheerful face."
قال لي النبي ﷺ: لا تحقرن من المعروف شيئا، ولو أن تلقى أخاك بوجه طلق.
Muslim narrated it in Birr and Silah (2626), from Abu Ghassan Musmai, who said, Uthman bin Umar told us, Abu Amir, that is, Khazzaz, told us, from Abu Imran Jawni, from Abdullah bin Samit, from Abu Dharr, who related it.
