Saeed bin Jubayr reported,

Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet ﷺ used to undergo great strain when revelation came down, and he would move his lips. Ibn Abbas said to me, "I will move mine for you just as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to move his."Then Saeed said, "And I will move mine just as Ibn Abbas used to move his."So Allah عز وجل revealed, "Do not move your tongue with it to hasten it. It is upon Us to gather it and to recite it" [Qiyamah 75:16–17]. Ibn Abbas explained, "To gather it in your heart, and then for you to recite it.""So when We have recited it, follow its recitation" [Qiyamah 75:18]. He explained, "Listen to it and be silent, and then it is upon Us to have you recite it."So whenever Jibreel عليه السلام came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he would listen, and once Jibreel had departed, the Prophet ﷺ would recite it just as he had been taught to recite it.

في قوله تعالى: {لاتحرك به لسانك}
