The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is a surah in the Quran of thirty verses that interceded for a man until he was forgiven, and it is 'Blessed is He in whose hand is the dominion' [Mulk 67:1]."
إن سورة من القرآن ثلاثون آية شفعت لرجل حتى غفر له وهي: {تبرك الذي بيده الملك}.
Abu Dawud (1400), Tirmidhi (2891), and Ibn Majah (3786) narrated it, and Ibn Hibban (787) and Hakim (1/565) graded it sahih, all of them through the route of Shuba, from Qatada, from Abbas Jushami, from Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan on account of Abbas Jushami, whose father's name was Abdullah. Ibn Hibban mentioned him among his trustworthy narrators and included his hadith in his Sahih. Hakim also graded it sahih, and Tirmidhi graded it hasan. He belongs to the generation of the Followers, and a group of narrators transmitted from him, so there is no harm in grading his hadith hasan, especially in matters of virtues rather than legal rulings.As for what has been transmitted from Bukhari, that Jushami did not mention hearing directly from Abu Hurairah, I did not find this in Tarikh al-Kabir (4/7). If it is found in some copies, that goes back to his particular methodology. Jushami was not accused of tadlis, so his use of "an" (from) is taken to indicate a connected chain, as is the view of the majority.
