Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is struck by poverty and brings his need before people, his poverty will not be relieved. But whoever brings his need before Allah, Allah will soon grant him sufficiency, either through a swift death or a swift enrichment."

عن عبد الله بن مسعود قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ: من أصابته فاقة فأنزلها بالناس لم تسد فاقته، ومن أنزلها بالله أوشك الله له بالغنى إما بموت عاجل أو غنى عاجل.
