The Prophet ﷺ, after giving the closing salam of the prayer, would not remain seated longer than the time it took to say, "Allah, You are Peace, and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, Possessor of Majesty and Honor."
كان النبي ﷺ إذا سلم لم يقعد إلا مقدار ما يقول: اللهم أنت السلام، ومنك السلام، تباركت ذا الجلال والإكرام.
Muslim narrated it in "Mosques and Places of Prayer" (592) through several routes from Abu Muawiya, from Asim, from Abdullah bin Harith, from Ayesha, who said, and then she mentioned it.
