The Prophet ﷺ recited Surah ar-Rahman to his companions, but they remained silent. He said, "The jinn responded better than you. Every time I recited to them 'So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?' [Rahman 55:13], they said, 'We do not deny any of Your favors, our Lord, so to You belongs all praise.'"
Bazzar (5853) and Ibn Jareer in his Tafsir (22/190) both narrated it through the route of Yahya bin Salim, from Ismail bin Umaya, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, and he mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Yahya bin Salim Taifi, for his hadith is hasan except in his narration from Ubaydullah bin Umar.
