Aisha reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had before him a small leather vessel, or perhaps a bowl, containing water (Umar was uncertain which). He kept dipping his hands into the water and wiping his face with them, saying, "There is no god but Allah. Indeed, death has its agonies."Then he raised his hand and began to say, "With the highest companions," until he passed away and his hand fell.
Bukhari narrated it in the Riqaq (6510), from Muhammad bin Ubayd bin Maymun, who said, Isa bin Yunus told us, from Umar bin Saeed, who said, Ibn Abu Mulayka informed me, that Abu Amr Zakwan, the freed slave of Ayesha, informed him, that Ayesha used to say, and then he mentioned it.
