Ubaydullah bin Abdullah bin Utba reported,

Umar bin Khattab asked Abu Waqid Laythi, "What did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite on the day of sacrifice and the day of breaking the fast?"He replied, "He used to recite "Qaf. By the glorious Quran" [Qaf 50:1] and "The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split" [Qamar 54:1].

عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن عتبة بن مسعود

أن عمر بن الخطاب سأل أبا واقد الليثي: ما كان يقرأ به رسول الله ﷺ في الأضحى والفطر؟ فقال: كان يقرأ ب {ق والقرءان المجيد} {اقتربت الساعة وأنشق القمر}[القمر: ١].
