Abu Hurairah reported,

Abu Hurairah reported that he used to carry a water vessel for the Prophet ﷺ for his ablution and personal needs. Once, while he was following him with it, the Prophet ﷺ asked, "Who is this?"He replied, "It is I, Abu Hurairah."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Find me some stones to clean myself with, but do not bring me a bone or dung."So I brought him stones, carrying them in the edge of my garment, and placed them beside him, then I withdrew. When he finished, I walked along with him and asked, "What is the matter with bones and dung?"He answered, "They are food for the jinn. A delegation of the jinn of Nasibin came to me, and what excellent jinn they were, and they asked me for provisions. So I prayed to Allah for them that they would not pass by a bone or a piece of dung without finding food on it."
