Musa asked his Lord, "Who is the lowest in rank among the people of Paradise?"He said, "He is a man who comes after the people of Paradise have already entered Paradise. He will be told, 'Enter Paradise.'He will say, 'My Lord, how? The people have already taken their places and received their portions.'He will be asked, 'Would you be pleased to have the like of the kingdom of one of the kings of this world?'He will say, 'I am pleased, my Lord.'He will say, 'That is yours, and the like of it, and the like of it, and the like of it, and the like of it.'At the fifth, he will say, 'I am pleased, my Lord.'He will say, 'This is yours and ten times its like, and you shall have whatever your soul desires and whatever delights your eye.'He will say, 'I am pleased, my Lord.'"Musa said, "My Lord, then who are the highest in rank?"He said, "Those are the ones whom I have chosen. I planted their honor with My own hand and sealed it, so that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and it has not crossed the heart of any human being."He said, "Its confirmation in the Book of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, is His saying, 'No soul knows what delights of the eyes have been hidden away for them, as a reward for what they used to do'" [Sajdah 32:17].
سأل موسى ربه: ماأدنى أهل الجنة منزلة؟ قال: هو رجل يجيء بعد ما أدخل أهل الجنة الجنة فيقال له: ادخل الجنة، فيقول: أي رب، كيف؟ وقد نزل الناس منازلهم وأخذوا أخذاتهم؟ فيقال له: أترضى أن يكون لك مثل ملك ملك من ملوك الدنيا؟ فيقول: رضيت رب فيقول: لك ذلك ومثله ومثله ومثله ومثله، فقال في الخامسة: رضيت رب، فيقول: هذا لك وعشرة أمثاله، ولك ما اشتهت نفسك، ولدت عينك، فيقول: رضيت رب، قال رب فأعلاهم منزلة؟ قال: أولئك الذين أردت، غرست كرامتهم بيدي، وختمت عليها، فلم ترعين، ولم تسمع أذن، ولم يخطر على قلب بشر. قال: ومصداقه في كتاب الله عز و جل {فلا تعلم نفس ما أخفي لهم من قرة أعين جزاء بما كانوا يعملون}
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Faith (189) through several chains from Shaybi, reporting from Mughira bin Shuba, who said, "I heard him on the pulpit tracing it back to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."This hadith has been reported both as one traced back to the Prophet and as one stopped at the companion, and the ruling goes to the version traced back to the Prophet, because it contains additional knowledge.His saying "I intended" means "I chose and selected."His saying "I planted their honor" means "I selected them and took charge of them, so no change can ever touch their honor."
