The Prophet ﷺ came upon us while we were having a discussion and asked, "What are you discussing?"They replied, "We are talking about the Hour."He said, "It will not come until you see ten signs before it." He then mentioned the smoke, the Dajjal, the Beast, the rising of the sun from its place of setting, the descent of Isa son of Maryam, Gog and Magog, and three landslides, one in the east, one in the west, and one in the Arabian Peninsula. The last of these signs will be a fire that comes out of Yemen, driving the people to their place of gathering.
اطلع النبي ﷺ علينا ونحن نتذاكر، فقال: ما تذاكرون؟ قالوا: نذكر الساعة. قال: إنها لن تقوم حتى ترون قبلها عشر آيات فذكر الدخان، والدجال، والدابة، وطلوع الشمس من مغربها، ونزول عيسى ابن مريم، ويأجوج ومأجوج، وثلاثة خسوف: خسف بالمشرق، وخسف بالمغرب، وخسف بجزيرة العرب، وآخر ذلك نار تخرج من اليمن، تطرد الناس إلى محشرهم.
Muslim narrated it in the chapter on Tribulations and the Signs of the Hour (2901), through multiple routes, from Sufyan bin Uyayna, from Furat Qazzaz, from Abu Tufayl, from Huzaifa bin Usayd Ghifari, who related it.
