Kaab bin Malik reported,
He said to the Prophet ﷺ, "Allah 
has revealed concerning poetry what He has revealed."The Prophet replied, "The believer struggles with his sword and his tongue. By the One in whose hand my soul rests, what you strike them with is like a shower of arrows."

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami
Ahmad (27174) and Tabarani in Al-Kabir (19/75) narrated it, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (5786), all of them through the route of Abdul-Razzaq, who said, Mamar informed us, from Zuhri, from Abdul-Rahman bin Kaab bin Malik, from his father, and he related it.Its chain of transmission is sahih.
