The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the call for prayer is made, do not come to it running. Come to it walking calmly, with tranquility. Whatever you catch, pray it, and whatever you miss, complete it. For as long as one of you is heading toward the prayer, he is in prayer."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: إذا توب بالصلاة فلا تأتوها وأنتم تسعون، وأتوها وعليكم السكينة، فما أدركتم فصلوا، وما فاتكم فأتموا، فإن أحدكم في صلاة ما كان يعمد إلى الصلاة.
Malik narrated it in Prayer (4) from Ala bin Abdul-Rahman bin Yaqub, from his father, and Ishaq bin Abdullah, that both of them informed him, that they heard Abu Hurairah say what has already been mentioned.Muslim narrated it in Mosques (602:152) through Ismail bin Jafar, from Ala, from his father, from Abu Hurairah.Bukhari narrated it in Friday Prayer (908), and Muslim in Mosques (602:151), both through Zuhri, from Saeed and Abu Salama bin Abdul-Rahman, from Abu Hurairah, mentioning something similar.
