Abu Hurairah reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "There are three whom Allah عز وجل has taken it upon Himself to help: the warrior fighting in the cause of Allah, the slave under a contract of manumission who intends to fulfill his payment, and the one who marries seeking to preserve his chastity."

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

This was narrated by Tirmidhi (1655), Nasai (3218/3120), Ibn Majah (2518), and Ahmad (7416), and Ibn Hibban (4030) and Hakim (2/160) graded it sahih, all of them through the route of Ibn Ajlan, from Saeed Maqburi, from Abu Hurairah, as mentioned. Its isnad is hasan because of Ibn Ajlan, whose hadith is hasan.As for what is reported from Ayesha, who said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Marry women, for they bring wealth," the correct view is that this is a mursal narration, and the discussion of it is set out in detail in the book on marriage.
