He narrated, in a long hadith about the Prophet's ﷺ pilgrimage, the following.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed in the mosque, then mounted Qaswa. When his she-camel stood up straight with him on the open plain of Bayda, I looked as far as my eyes could see in front of him and saw riders and walkers. To his right was the same, to his left was the same, and behind him was the same. The hadith continues.
قال في حديث طويل عن حجة النبي ﷺ: وفيه: فصلى رسول الله ﷺ في المسجد، ثم ركب القصواء، حتى إذا استوت به ناقته على البيداء نظرت إلى مد بصري بين يديه، من راكب وماش، وعن يمينه مثل ذلك، وعن يساره مثل ذلك، ومن خلفه مثل ذلك… الحديث.
