Umm Salama bint Abu Umaya reported,

She said, regarding the story of the migration to Abyssinia, that the Negus asked, "Do you have with you any of what he brought from Allah?"Jafar replied, "Yes."The Negus said to him, "Then recite it to me."So he recited to him the opening of "Kaf Ha Ya Ayn Sad" [Maryam 19:1].She said, "By Allah, the Negus wept until his beard was wet, and his bishops wept until their scriptures were soaked, when they heard what he recited to them."Then the Negus said, "Truly, this and what Musa brought come from the same lamp. Go, for by Allah, I will never hand them over to you." The hadith continues.
